hbeej is an online betting and casino platform providing services to users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the hbeej platform and all related services.

Eligibility & Age Requirement
To open an account and use services on hbeej, the following conditions must be met:

- You must be a resident of Bangladesh or be legally present in Bangladesh.
- You must have your own active bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account.
- You are of sound mind and capable of entering into a contract independently.
- You have not been prohibited from using hbeej services for any reason.
hbeej may at any time request an identity document or relevant paperwork for age verification. Accounts of users who provide a false age will be immediately cancelled and the associated funds may be forfeited.
Account Registration & Security
3.1 Account Creation
Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent cancellation of all accounts. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
3.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Never share this information with any third party. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to the hbeej support team immediately. The account holder bears full responsibility for all activity that takes place on the account.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
hbeej may conduct identity verification processes where required. This process may involve requesting copies of a national identity card, passport, or other government-approved identification. Failure to cooperate with the verification process may result in withdrawal suspension or account closure.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount at hbeej is ৳500. Accepted payment methods for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). Use only payment methods registered in your own name — deposits via third parties are prohibited.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Account verification may be mandatory before a withdrawal is completed. Withdrawal requests may be declined before active bonus wagering requirements are met.
4.3 Transaction Security
All financial transactions are secured via SSL encryption. hbeej will never ask for your payment app PIN, OTP, or bank password. If anyone asks for such information, report the fraud to our support team immediately.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳32,000 or more gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, making a total balance of ৳47,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To make a bonus withdrawable, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (on the bonus amount only, not the deposit and bonus combined). Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period and rules, which are detailed on the promotions page.
- Misuse of bonuses or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
- hbeej reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.
- In the event of a breach of bonus terms, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited.

- Using hbeej's logo or brand materials without permission is prohibited.
- Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any part of the platform is prohibited.
- Reverse engineering or decompiling game content or software is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
hbeej's liability for any financial loss resulting from use of the hbeej platform will be limited. hbeej will bear no liability in the following circumstances:
- If a game is interrupted due to an internet connection or power issue.
- If a transaction fails due to a fault in third-party software or a payment gateway.
- If a financial loss occurs due to the user's own negligence or error.

Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. All active bets must be settled and any available balance withdrawn before the account is closed.
11.2 Closure by hbeej
hbeej may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any clause of these Terms.
- Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Failure or refusal to complete identity verification.
- Extended inactivity.
- Legal or regulatory reasons.
In the case of an account closed for legitimate reasons, any available valid balance will be returned (excluding forfeitable bonuses).
